Accrington Road, Blackburn

This contract comprises of the external facelifting of 39 terraced houses on one of the main roads into Blackburn in Lancashire. The contract is one of a number of contracts being carried out in the area as part of the 'Regenerate Pennine Lancashire' Framework Agreement.

As a requirement of this project Rosslee Construction are to produce a set of KPI's on the work to measure the performance in waste management, use of local labour, training hours etc.
