Blackburn College - Victoria Building

This impressive 19th Century historical building in the heart of Blackburn is undergoing extensive renovations. The oldest building in the College campus, a grade II listed Victorian Building is suffering from dry rot in the roof areas and also requires work to the windows and external brickwork. The problems are being caused by water ingress at high level, Rosslee Construction's team has been brought in to rectify the problems. The work will consist of extensive refurbishments, timber repairs, replastering works, re-pointing to the external brickwork, cleaning, rebuilding various sections and roof repairs. New windows for this heritage building are being crafted in our own Joiners Shop.
