Clayton Business Park

Rosslee Construction were contracted to divide an industrial unit into two on the business park.

The work included forming new w.c facilities and an office refurbishment.

New drainage had to be installed which meant cutting through the concrete floor slab.

Rosslee Construction successfully completed this contract to budget and within the time scale.
