Rosslee Construction was engaged in the complete refurbishment and remodelling of three Science laboratories over the school summer holiday period 2009.

The work involved the stripping out and refitting of the classrooms with new suspended ceilings, joinery, floor finishes, mechanical and electrical installation and new laboratory benching.

The eight week contract was hampered by the discovery of asbestos in two of the laboratories.

This caused a three week delay but this time was pulled back so that one of the laboratories was handed over only a week later than planned with the final one following a week later.

Our client was very satisfied with the outcome.
