Rosslee Construction were engaged by Hyndburn Borough Council to carry out the complete refurbishment of the Mayors Chamber within the old Town Hall, Accrington Lancashire.

This contract presented many challenges as the existing fixed benches had to be refurbished in-situ added to this they were curved in design.

The work also entailed cladding the benches with oak veneers and curved mouldings which were made within our joinery manufacturing workshop.

Wall claddings and floor coverings were also replaced as well as being and redecorated.

Rosslee Construction completed this contract on time and was notable in that ‘ZERO’ defects being achieved on completion.
