In this project for St Anne’s Primary School Rossendale, Rosslee Construction constructed a new extension and playground linked to the existing nursery to create a new classroom to accommodate the schools increasing numbers.

The sloping site meant a substantial amount of groundwork’s including 15m deep driven piles and sheet piling to excavation trenches.

The extension was a traditional build of artificial stone, masonry, rendered finishes, truss roof with filed finish and UPVC windows.

The school head Stephen Crook was very pleased with the outcome.

St Anne’s Primary School, Rossendale contract was delivered on time and to the budget allowed.
