This phased contract carried out by Rosslee Construction for Blackburn Diocese which required all our operatives to be CRB Checked, presented many problems mainly due to the poor access to the working areas.

These problems were further increased when an old cobbled access to the school basement was uncovered during groundwork’s. The structural engineer was called in to redesign the foundations. There was a lot more groundwork’s required and the severe weather conditions were an added hindrance.

The logistical problems of working in the school playground have been successfully overcome.

This project was successfully completed to budget and Rosslee was given an all round 'good' performance from the school.
