Management Team are trained in the CDM (Construction Design Management) Regulations of 2007
Site Mangers and Site Foremen hold the SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
Operatives hold their CSCS, CPCS or CISRS cards
Contracts are issued with site-specific Health and Safety Plans which include Method Statements and Risk Assessments
Operatives receive a site induction from the Site Manager before commencing work on each site
Expectations of Health and Safety standards from employees and sub-contractors alike are very high
We are committed to monitoring their achievements on site and therefore continually improving their performance
CHAS – We have been accredited with CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety) since October 2006.
An annual assessment confirms that Rosslee Construction has demonstrated compliance with sound management of current basic health and safety legislation.
