Rosslee Construction operates a policy to ensure that all operatives are fully trained to enable them to carry out their respective jobs in the safest and most efficient way possible.
Rosslee Construction has an annual training programme and therefore Managers hold the SMSTS qualification as a minimum. Site Mangers and Foremen hold SMSTS and SSSTS qualifications respectively. All operatives hold CSCS, CPCS or CISRS qualification (as required for their trade)

APPRENTICES
Rosslee Construction works closely with the local colleges enrols apprentices on an annual basis and sponsors them for three years training resulting in a Modern Apprenticeship at NVQ level III.
It is the company’s intention at the end of the three years training to continue the employment of successful apprentices. It is therefore believed that encouragement and structured training is very important in providing a competent and skilled tradesperson to complement our company standards.
