Heritage refurbishment of the 1850s Coach House within Hurst Grange Park, Penwortham to create a new cafe and function space.

Northgate, Blackburn
Works to the roof and external elevations at 35 Northgate, a prominent location at the junction of Northgate and Blakey Moor on a building dating from the nineteenth century, historically occupied as a public house.

Mansfield Town Hall
Revamp of the Grade II* Listed Mansfield Town Hall, internal alterations and refurbishment creating lettable office and retail space.

Walton Hall & Gardens Conservatory Range
Conservatory, glasshouse and shippon building restoration as part of the Grade II Listed Walton Hall & Gardens estate conservation project.

Rhyddings Park, Oswaldtwistle
Restoration of the Park’s historic buildings, extension and new build to create a new community venue including a cafe, offices and workshop space along with the regeneration of the gardens.

Thompson Park, Burnley
Restoration and refurbishment of the Grade II Listed Park buildings and structures while retaining their original architectural features.

Scaitcliffe House – Accrington
Large scale renovation works to existing council offices, complete external re–rendering of building redecorating to windows renewal of rain water goods and concrete repairs.

Woodnook – Accrington
