Our Lord Street heritage renovation project, converting the four storey building into modern apartments with retail unit on the ground floor won the above awards. The client team included Evoke Solutions and Ainsley Gommon Architects.

Rosslee were shortlisted in 4 categories this year (Family Business, Large Business, Made in Hyndburn & Workforce Development). We took home the award for Workforce Development due to our established Apprenticeship programme.
