In 2024, Michael took over the role of Managing Director from Gary. Michael joined the family business in June 2011 whilst undertaking a part-time Quantity Surveying degree at Salford University.
GARY CLARKSON
Director/Company Secretary
Gary bought the company in 2002, and recently stepped down from MD, handing the reins over to his son. He has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, and has successfully developed and grown the company over the years, during some testing times.
CHRISTINE CLARKSON
Director
Christine has worked for the family business since 2002. She initially ran the accounts/admin department. Christine is now taking a backseat role, working from home covering aspects of payroll, and assisting the team where necessary.
BOB DISLEY
Construction Director
Bob has worked for the company for the past 7 years and supports the Contracts Managers with his extensive industry knowledge on our complex and large schemes.
IAN JOHNSON
Contracts Manager
Ian has worked for the company since 2013. He started as a Site Manager running large scale projects, and was promoted in 2016 to Contracts Manager due to his technical initiative and keen eye for health and safety.
NICK CARTER
Contracts Manager
Nick joined the company in 2009 as a bricklayer/groundworker. He progressed into site management, before moving into contract management in 2017.
NICK HINCHLIFFE
Contracts Manager
Nick started with the company in 2023, having been in the industry for over 35 years since serving his Carpentry apprenticeship in The Royal Engineers.
CHRIS DEAN
Contracts Manager
Chris has worked for Rosslee for over 14 years, initially as a Site Foreman prior to recently moving to the Commercial Team.
CANDICE PENDLETON
Business Development Manager
Candice joined us in 2020 and manages all our functions within Business Development, after her previous 4 years in a similar role in the construction industry.
MARTIN TURNER
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Martin joined Rosslee in 2023 as an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive knowledge and experience of building contracting.
JACK DEWHURST
Quantity Surveyor
Jack joined the company in 2017 with the commercial team as a trainee Quantity Surveyor while studying part-time for his HNC.
RICHARD GEE
Quantity Surveyor
Richard started with the company in 2023 as an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
JORGE HISCOX
Apprentice Quantity Surveyor
Jorge joined Rosslee in 2019 and has since completed his Level 4 HNC in construction. He has a busy role involved in all aspects of estimating and quantity surveying.
LAURA CRAWFORTH
Accounts / Office Manager
Laura joined Rosslee in 2021 to look after all Accounts aspects.
SUSAN IVILL
Administrator
Susan joined the company in 2019 to provide assistance to the administration, accounts and contract management team.
MEGAN BELL
Administrator / Training Co-ordinator
Megan joined the company in 2022 to continue her development in business administration. She also took on the role of co-ordinating all the staff training.
