Our Lady’s High School – SEND Facility
Rosslee Construction were awarded the D&B contract for the two-story new build education block which incorporated teaching facilities, dining facilities, library, chapel, and SEND unit.
Westholme School – Prep Building, Blackburn
Rosslee Construction were awarded the contract to form a new Prep Building, so that all pupils of Westholme School could attend the same site, instead of across two.
St Cuthbert’s High School – SEND Facility
Rosslee Construction were awarded the contract to build a new single story SEND facility at a high school in Rochdale.
Hulme Grammar School – Pool Building
Rosslee were awarded the contract to complete refurbishment works to the swimming pool building.
Ribblesdale High School – Library
Rosslee were awarded the contract to transform a school block to provide a state-of-the-art library area, new offices, small kitchen & dining facilities, and pupil toilets area.
Chinley Primary School
Rosslee Construction were appointed to construct a single-story new build block of several classrooms, staff room and link corridor, to replace a temporary modular building.
Accrington and Rossendale College
Rosslee Construction delivered this scheme which included the refurbishment and alterations to the Broadoak Building , Heartwood Building , Coppice Building Demolition and new entrance and gardens, in 4 phases over 48 weeks.
St Thomas Primary School
Rosslee were awarded this school extension scheme set over 4 phases, including a 3 classroom extension, converting an existing classroom into a new staff room, demolish an existing prefabricated building and completion with further extensions.
Burnley College, Art Mezzanine
Rosslee were appointed to undertake the construction of a new mezzanine level including the alterations, steel frame flooring, partitioning joinery and balustrade.
Kingsway Park High School
Rosslee were appointed to construct a new build standalone classroom block providing 8 additional classrooms due to growth at this Rochdale high school.
Cranberry Academy, Alsager
Rosslee were appointed to maximise the space within the schools infant block due to their rapid growth by undertaking the internal alterations, refurbishment and minor extensions to internally reorder the block.
Our Lady St Gerard’s School, Preston
Rosslee carried out the construction of a two-story building extending the existing Primary School in Lostock, Preston, creating 4 additional classrooms, a bathroom and a communal area.
Cardinal Langley RC School
The Project at Cardinal Langley involved constructing a new build, steel framed building with in-situ concrete floor slab, masonry walls, profile sheet roof, aluminium windows, internal blockwork walls external cladding panels.
Ribblesdale High School, Clitheroe
The work comprised the construction of a single storey dining room extension building and internal alterations, together with associated mechanical, electrical, and external works to complete the scheme.
