We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work within our Accounts/Admin Department
The successful applicant must have:
The first point of contact providing an efficient and welcoming reception environment and dealing with all enquiries effectively
Professional, with an excellent telephone manner and be confident in dealing with clients, as well as interacting with other members of the team successfully.
Able to provide an efficient and effective administrative service including distribution of info@ emails and dealing with general enquiries from staff, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
Excellent organisational skills, and aptitude to proactively maintain and manage own work load.
Confidence and ability to meet strict deadlines
Excellent IT skills – ability to use Word, Excel
Willingness to learn and develop IT skills with other software
The ability to work within a team and also under your own initiative.
Has a great sense of humour
