Rosslee were awarded the Design and Build of twelve, one-bed cottage style apartments in a town centre location for Wigan Council. Eight of these located at Longridge Avenue, and four at Almond Brook Road. The properties are located near the town centre and local amenities, and are for affordable rent.
The works comprised site clearance and preparatory works, together with water, electrical & drainage services installations and associated site works. The properties consist of block and beam flooring, traditional external brick walls, internal partitioned walls, with double-glazed windows and doors on the ground floor leading to the rear gardens. Kitchens and bathrooms suites were fitted and the entire building was fully decorated. The scheme was completed with landscaping, roads and car parking. Full Home User Guides were produced for the new tenants.

Environmental innovation on this project included the properties having Air Source Heat Pumps installed, along with Electric Vehicle Charging Points.
