Leadership Transition Announcement
After several years of dedicated leadership, we give our deepest thanks to Bob Disley, who is stepping down as our Construction Director. He has been instrumental in shaping our construction operations, leading key projects, and mentoring countless team members along the way. We are, however, delighted that Bob will continue to be a key member of our team in a reduced capacity, as Pre-Construction and HSQE Manager.
At the same time, we are excited to announce that Nick Carter has been promoted to Construction Director. Nick started with Rosslee in 2009 as a Site Manager and has developed years of experience in management and we are thrilled to have him lead our construction team into our next chapter of growth and success.
Nick said, “I’ve been part of the team for over 15 years here at Rosslee, whereas during this time I’ve witnessed the growth and success of this family business. I’m proud to have been selected to lead the construction team, to help continue the growth and assist with navigating the future of our well-established team. There are some big boots to fill in taking on this role, and I’m energised to drive the continued success of what we do best, here at Rosslee Construction.”
