Rankings are based on learner feedback, intake numbers, diversity and achievements, for this Department of Education and RateMyApprenticeship co-delivered accolade. Top 50 SME league table showcases the very best apprenticeship programmes in England over the past 12 months.
This is further recognition of our long-standing Apprenticeship Programme, of which we won the ‘Workforce Development’ Hyndburn Business Award in 2023, and were shortlisted in 2021 and 2019.
Over the last 16 years we have taken on 44 apprentices, working with four of our local colleges.
We are also members of The 5% Club – aspiring to achieve 5% of our workforce in ‘earn and learn’ positions (apprentices, sponsored students and graduates on formalised training schemes) and achieve 7% as standard.
